Refund Policy
No Refunds
You may cancel your Optimal Klubs membership at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. In the event you cancel your membership prior to your renewal day, your subscription payment will be canceled immediately and your Optimal Klubs access will be active up until your renewal date.
Consult Policy
A 25% fee is added to the consultation for all new members. This fee will be waived after 90 days of membership.
